When: Tuesday July 2 @ 7:00 PM in Regency Snack Bar

- A printed Team registration form
- A printed Team roster
- Printed USA Hockey registration form from each player on your team

2012/2013 Winter Season Info:
The season will Run approximately 1st week of October - Mid March/early April
Team Fee: $5950
Captains Meeting!
When: Monday September 17, 2012 @ 7:00 PM
Where: Regency Sports Rink at the Main entrance
A team rep must attend the meeting and submit the following:
· First Payment: $2100 Due at Opening meeting
· 2nd payment $2300 mail by - Nov. 13
· 3rd payment $1550 mail by - Jan 15 with a copy of your final roster for playoffs
NOTE: Any team not paid in full prior to playoffs may be removed from the schedule!
