Each year the Board of Directors reviews the rules changes imposed by Little League International, as well as the past season's events and suggestions.  This process results in the best set of rules matched to the maturity, skills and safety issues associated with our various divisions.

Little League International rules are copyrighted, and not available on the internet.  The "green book" containing their rules is published yearly.  All managers should have copy, which is distributed by the Reston Little League.

Major League Baseball has their rules posted on the internet, which are about 95% consistent with Little League International - after all, baseball is baseball.  Their rules can be found at:
