Community support is essential to the success of Reston Little League (RLL). Your tax-deductible donation funds the purchase of uniforms and equipment and enables free and reduced registration for those in need. It also ensures that the boys and girls of our community have the opportunity to learn teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, all while getting exercise and having a great time.

 

In recognition of our newly renovated minor league complex at Brown’s Chapel, we are expanding our sponsorship options. At every level, your company (or you personally) will be recognized as a supporter of the League. It’s a great way to promote your organization to a large audience of adults and youth in the area and the 600+ families that make up the league appreciate and support active sponsors.

Ø  large individual banner with your company name displayed on the outfield fence of Reston

Little League’s home field, Fred Crabtree Park (previously known as Fox Mill),

WHY WE FUND RAISE

Our league counts on revenue received from fundraising for part of its Annual Operating Costs because registration fees alone only account for about 80% of the cost of running the league.  Thus, we have to find other ways of raising funds.  Fund raising also provides:

  • the league with funds to support our Challenger Program (players with disabilities)
  • players who rely on need based scholorships to participate
  • capital improvements to our facilities

Our league has always tried to keep registration fees as low as possible, but if we're not successful with fund raising, reality is that our registration fees would go up - and nobody wants that.  We also think the fundraiser is a great way to get our players out in the community and to give them ownership in the success of the league.
