In-Person Sign-Ups/Document drop off/Questions will be addressed:
When: Saturdays (2/11 & 2/18), Wednesday (2/22)
Where: Reno Town Mall- Near Washoe County Library (4001 S Virginia St)
Time: Saturdays (Noon-5pm), Wednesday (6pm-9pm)
