NEWS ALERT 12/05 @ 2:24pm - TRYOUTS - Tomorrow's tryouts, 12/06, have been postponed due to inclement weather.  We will resume tryouts next Sunday, 12/13 per time slots detailed below.  Tryouts for summer 2010 teams will be held on November 29th and December 13th on the turf field at the Fallston Rec Complex. We will have a limited number of reversibles available for use, but everyone is encouraged to bring their own.  Schedule as follows:

NEWS ALERT 11/12 @ 11:25pm - College Player Coaches - We are pleased to announce that we be adding (2) current college players (or recently graduated college players) to EACH Renegades team to support the coaching staffs. These college players will assist with technical aspects of position and team play. They will also serve as role models and bring relevance by sharing current techniques, plus they will be a great resource to boys looking for advice on what it takes to play at the collegiate level and their recruiting process experiences.

Our players have and are being recruited by the following institutions: UNC, JHU, UVA, Princeton, West Point, Notre Dame, Maryland, Penn State, Drexel, Penn, RMU, Delaware, Dartmouth, Loyola, Towson, Colgate, VMI, Siena, Salisbury, Stevenson, Gettysburg, Roanoke, Haverford, McDaniel, Lynchburg, Washington & Lee, Dickinson, Washington College, Denison, Widener, Randolph Macon, Cabrini, Sewanee, Lycoming, Virginia Weslyan, York, Christopher Newport, Elizabethtown, Guilford, Queeens, Mars Hill, Belmont–Abbey, to name a few.

Welcome to the Home of the Maryland Renegades Lacrosse Club.  We are a non-profit, all-star, post season, club lacrosse program that showcases boys from Harford and surrounding areas in summer and fall recruiting tournaments.  We just completed our sixth year of competition in which we fielded nine teams; one rising 6th grade, one rising 7th grade, one rising 8th grade team, one rising freshman team, four high school teams and one summer ball collegiate team.  The club will consider adding additional teams if the quality and quantity of players presents itself.  Please register with us below, so we may keep you informed of club happenings.

Cost of Play
Depending on the age group, we currently expose the boys to three to seven post season tournaments, additional prep scrimmages, provide a team helmet, gloves, uniforms, apparel package and provide quality coaching for around $600.  We plan to expand our tournament schedule as challenging tournaments come on line in and around our area.  Fees for the oldest teams will be slightly higher due to their participation in select team recruiting camps.  Fees will be lower for the youngest teams because of their reduced tourney schedule.  The fees may rise as we take on additional tournaments, but the Renegades are still the best deal in town as club lacrosse goes.  The financial burden is not disporptional within our club ranks as funds/fees are evenly distributed throughout all our age grouped teams.

Club Philosophy
Young men who wish to improve their lacrosse skills, or play the game at the next level are looking for opportunities to play and practice outside their High School or recreational environment.  Boys who wish to play at the college level are struggling with the complexities of being seen and being recruited.  We are a group of experienced and involved individuals who are able to create the necessary play opportunities and provide advice and information throughout the college recruiting process.  We do this all in a "not for profit environment".  We are always looking for help from other interested in getting involved.  Our goal is to create a highly skilled, county-wide, elite, boys lacrosse program promoting area players and a love for the game.
