Our Coaching Staff
Manager-Joe Beaulac Coach Beaulac is a Massachusetts native with over 15 years of playing experience and 12 seasons of coaching experience. After a successful high school baseball campaign in Auburn, MA where he was elected into the Auburn High Sports Hall of Fame for setting school records for carreer home runs (25), career RBI's (99) and strikeouts in a game (20), he accepted a baseball scholarship to Eckerd College of St Petersburg, FL. Following his years at Eckerd, he signed a professional baseball contract with the Salt Lake City Trappers of the Single A Pioneer League. After a successful first season in the minors, he moved to the Miami Miracle of the Florida State League where he finished his professional career. Coach-Bob Lamon Coach Lamon was born and raised in Falls Church, Virginia. He played in both the Falls Church Little League and Babe Ruth leagues. He attended Falls Church High School where he was a two sport letterman. In 1979 and 1980 Bob was an All-District and All-Region pitcher for the Jaguars. He received a scholarship to James Madison University (JMU) in Harrisonburg, Virginia in 1980. At JMU, he was both a closer and starter for the Dukes. He still holds JMU pitching records including the only 9-inning no-hitter in JMU history against George Mason University in 1984. In 1983, as the Southeast Region Champions, JMU played in the College Baseball World Series in Omaha, Nebraska. Coach Lamon’s coaching experience began immediately after college as the pitching coach for Falls Church High School under Scott Rowland, now the head coach at Oakton High School.
Coach-Dan Baker Coach Baker is a Michigan native who was a 4 year starting catcher for Tecumseh High School in Tecumseh, MI. He attended Hillsdale College where he was the starting catcher and also a part time closer. As a freshman he set the school record by hitting .411. Coach Baker has continued his playing career since college, mostly recently with the Prince William Yankees. A defensive specialist, Coach Baker brings a wealth of catching experience to the staff.
