"Prior to the 2006 season Cypress Park Little League decided to offer online registration to their membership.
After a lengthy review and due diligence process, CPLL decided to use ACTIVE.com. Our League's executive then
determined that in order to save time and to streamline our registration we would switch over to only online
registration, and not offer registrants a choice. While we initially anticipated that up to 90% of our
registrations would be completed online and not require offline entry from paper forms, the actual number
that were processed online exceeded 97% in the first year! Despite a few initial glitches, I can not tell
you how happy we have been with the service provided by ACTIVE.com and our account representative. He gave
us prompt assistance with the interaction of our League's website and the registration interface, as well
as custom design of our data entry page.

With considerable misgivings about the entire process, ACTIVE.COM was our choice. Though we had a few
small problems, all to do with my inexperience with the system, I cannot tell you how truly happy we have
been with the service provided. Scott Robinson has done an excellent job at providing us with the answers,
solutions to our problems and fixes when I screwed things up. He went out of his way to keep everything
flowing smoothly. This year we had hoped for a 50 per cent on-line registration rate...we ended up with

"North Farmington West Bloomfield (NFWB) Baseball and Softball for Youth has been a client of Active.com since 2003.

"Nothing but positive results. We've had over 1,000 online registrations so far, and it's our first
year using Internet technology. In the past we would have had 6 evenings of sign-ups. The Hillsborough Little
League in 2002 had over 1,600 players divided into our 2 leagues, Hillsborough National and Hillsborough American.
With so many players to register, lines would be long and frustrating to wait in. With the online program, we had

"For the first time in its 20+ year history, Amherst Youth Basketball (Amherst, NY) made a decision to
go on-line as we prepared for the 2001-2002 season. Typically, AYB receives 300 registration forms (and checks)
in the mail during pre-registration and another 50 or so forms (with check/cash) at walk-in registration.
This year, using eteamz and active.com, we successfully registered nearly 400 players by web (we had another
