Late Registration for Spring 2010 Season - Cutoff is March 12, 2010
LATE registrations received after September 11, 2009 and by Friday March 12, 2010 will be added in the Spring 2010 season. To late register, stop in at our office on 395 Buford Ave and enter from the door facing the street. This door is open 24 hours. Inside on the right are some mail slots, towards the upper left corner there should be some late registration forms. Instructions are attached. You can either fill the form out there or mail it in. If you complete the form there, put in an envelope labeled "AYSO Spring 2010 Late Registration" and drop in the mail slot on the inside door. Registration fee is $45 per player. Check can be made out to "Gettysburg AYSO".
Inclement Weather Information
For inclement weather information check this web site. ONLY when games are canceled, will this site be updated by 7:30 on the morning of the games.
In addition you can be put on our email list by sending an email to 'gettysburgayso@yahoo.com' with subject "Add to email list". Game cancellation emails will be sent to our list. (If your email address has changed and you want to continue to receive our emails, you must notify us of the change.)
NO PARKING ON THE GRASS, NO PETS, NO ALCOHOL AND NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS at the James Gettys soccer fields at anytime!!!
Please do NOT park on the grass anywhere at James Gettys for any practices or games.
NO ANIMALS (dogs, cats, etc), alcohol or tobacco products are allowed on the James Gettys soccer fields at anytime.
PLEASE comply and help enforce these long standing school policies. NO EXCEPTIONS!
In addition, let any visitors, relatives or friends coming to the fields to be aware of the policies.

PARENTS: Please consider donating outgrown shoes or shin guards. Take or Drop off outgrown pairs in the plastic bin near the Snack Shack. If questions call Robin Hsu at 337-2898.
