REGINA ZONE 4 FALCONS: Welcome

REGINA FALCONS

Welcome back to the 2012 Softball Season, Falcons!

See News & Info pages for Registration information....

Our apologies for the confusion with registration this season.  We have been trying to create a new webpage using the new RMSL webpage format which has taken us more time than expected.

So instead of an online registration, we will go with the old paper process.  Please see the attached form below and submit as instructed (similar to last year's process).

How to register for the 2012 season...

Welcome to the Regina Falcons!  Here's how to register...

Yes, it's that time of year again; time to start thinking about playing softball this spring/summer.  We have posted the Registration Form online (see HANDOUT below) and are asking you to download and print a copy (both pages) for each player you wish to register with us.  Note, the second page is required given the important information we need for registration.

Registration forms will be accepted by letter mail (the address is on the form).  Please note that due to increased RMSL league costs and Falcons equipment/uniform replacement needs, FEES HAVE CHANGED this year.  LTP fees are $100 and all other divisions are $180 per player this 2012 season.

There will not be another evaluation prior to the season starting.  We did our Fall Evaluations back in September of 2011.  Players who missed evaluations will be given consideration but no evaluation numbers will be available for selection purposes.  Coaches will be selected by the Falcons Executive in the next few weeks.  Once Coaches are chosen, the Coaches will have the ability to chose their teams soon after.  Practices will start once city permits for diamonds are provided, weather permitting and teams are chosen.  The 2012 season opens with Opening Ceremonies and first games on April 28th.

Please pass on this message to others new to our zone who may be interested in playing ball.  The more the merrier when it comes to softball!

As a volunteer run organization, we rely on parents like you to help out before and throughout the season.  We need evaluation helpers, coaches, team managers, gatekeepers and board members to ensure a successful season.

Being just a spectator isn't really an option if we want the players to learn and have fun.  You have the skills and experiences to contribute in one way shape or form.  If it is a matter of time, there is likely a task or job that fits your availability.  Please step up where possible.  We need your help.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact any Falcons Board Member.  Looking forward to seeing you on the diamonds.  Go Falcons!
