Regal Athletic - "the toughest playground on the planet"

Regal Athletic was founded with one goal in mind, provide a better way for athletes in the Northland to train, practice, and compete.  Most programs are heavy on play, light on practice, and zero on training.  This leads to players that are game rich and skill poor.  We offer a variety of training programs for baseball, softball, and soccer.  All of our training programs begin with our CORE program, the foundation block for increasing athleticism. Through CORE we increase an athlete’s functional strength, speed, quickness, power, and agility. The bottom line is this;  our baseball and softball players will throw harder, react faster, and swing quicker and our soccer players will be the most conditioned, ball handling machines on the pitch.  We are so sure of our programs benefits that we even guarantee results.  If you are an individual athlete just wanting to get better, contact us about getting in a class or some one-on-one instruction from one of our instructors.  If your desire is to train year round in a professional environment you can contact us about our house team opportunities.

Mike, Kevin, Ken, Eric, and Paul are some of the best young instructors you will find.  They are all very knowledgeable about their sport, they are all excellent teachers, and they all communicate well with young athletes.  All of our coaches competed in college and either played or coached professionally.  Our instructors love to teach and are willing to spend the time it takes to help each athlete reach his or her full potential.   

FACILITIES:  

10,000 square feet of playground space, built by big kids for little kids  
Batting Cages – 2 coin op cages open to the public and 1 live hitting tunnel available by the hour
Pitching Tunnel – used by our teams and for lessons
Arena – multi sport court primarily used for soccer and basketball       
    Totally contained soccer pitch with 7'x10' goals     
    Basketball court with 3 shooting stations     
    Available by the hour
Core – 2,500 square feet of carpeted training space. 
Golf Net – available for parental use during practices or lessons, free

Hours of Operation Summer:  Tue-Fri 4-8; Sat 10-4; Sun 11-4

Coin Cages Available 10am-8pm daily 

We are now booking baseball lessons.  Hitting, Pitching, and Fielding lessons are available.  Lessons will be available by the each or in packages of 6. 

Core classes will be available on a limited basis.  We are taking registrations for athletic thrower and combat pitcher classes starting after July 4th.
