General Organizational Handouts
The Bylaws contained here are the NEW AND FINAL Bylaws as approved by the Board in it's final vote on 1/10/11. These take the place of any prior, old versions of the Bylaws.
The Code of Ethics is slightly different from the old one. It is technically still "pending" as it has yet to be approved by the Board but the old one does remain in effect in the interim.
