Carbondale Superblock
Here's how you get to the Carbondale Superblock:
Traveling east on I64 take exit 50 (Nashville) to route 127South. Stay on
127S until you reach Route 13East (Murphysboro). Turn left at Route 13 and
this will take you on into Carbondale. You will go through several
stoplights, thru downtown Carbondale. After you cross the railroad tracks,
you will go through two more stoplights. At the intersection of 13 and Wall
Street continue on and stay in the right lane. At about .3 miles from that
intersection you will veer off to the right in front of the Auffenberg car
dealership. Go to the stop sign and make a right on Lewis Lane.
Approximately another .3 miles and you will see the sign for the Superblock on
your left. Turn in (watch out for the killer speedbumps) and you will see the
four diamonds we will be using on the left past the soccer fields.

Driving Instructions
Going West on I-70: Exit at T.R. Hughes Blvd (Exit 219). Turn right onto T.R. Hughes Blvd and continue. Complex will be on the right.
Pierron Field
Directions:
Take Route 4 North to 40.
Take 40 to 143
Take 143 past or through Highland past Ponderosa, KFC/Taco Bell, Aviston Lumber. You'll make a stop sign after Aviston Lumber. Continue straight through the stop sign, go approx. 2-1/2 miles to another stop sign with a blinking light. There will be a Shell station to your left. Make a right towards Pierron. You will cross a railroad track and take first road to right after tracks which is Bauman Road which you will be heading South.
Continue 4 blocks and the ball diamond will be on your left. It has Pierron Improvement Park on the fence where you turn. You can't miss it.

Follow I255 towards Wood River. Go until in intersects with IL route 143
and turn left (west bound). Follow that road for about 1/2 mile and when
you come to a three way stop light go right (there's a tavern on the right
called Porky's). You'll follow that road "Edwardsville Road" on into East
Alton. It will be about 2-3 miles or so. You'll pass a Ponderosa and
McDonalds, continue straight. About 3-4 blocks down you will want to turn
right on Broadway. It is right as the road turns a corner. Go two blocks
on Broadway and turn left on Fifth. You will run right into VanPreter Park.
It's a one way street so you'll want to go left. We will either play on
diamond three or four.
