Our 9th Grade Rebels pulled away in the 2nd half for a double digit win in their first game of the season against Mounds View.

Both teams started slowly on offense, but the Rebels did a nice job of creating turnovers with their press and in the 2nd half the Rebels did an equally strong job of dealing with the Mustang press to get some easy baskets and put the game away.

Bailey Borowicz led the way for the Rebels with 16 points. Kayla Jonason did an excellent job of rebounding to go with her 12 points. The Rebels are next in action at Buffalo on Tuesday.
