It's amazing how turning an "M" upside down can completely change a season for a team. When a player puts their focus on the success of the team and doesn't concern themselves with their own stats or playing time, they can have a great season. When you get an entire team full of players that have that mindset, you are almost unbeatable. At all levels in our program, we want to see players turning that "M" upside down to a "W". If we do, we'll see a LOT more "W's" on our win/loss records 9th grade through Varsity!
