Sign-Up By Mail

We are still accepting Football players!!!

Regular sign-ups are done, but you can still sign-up by mail.

Instruction for sign-ups by mail:

1. Print and fill-out 2009 Player Contract and 2009 RBPW Season Application from the Handouts section of the RBPW website (www.rbpopwarner.org/handouts)
   


2. Gather copies of the following documents:

• Birth Certificate or Passport (no hospital certificates accepted)
• Copy of utility bill
• Doctor’s physical dated 2009 using Pop Warner form (not required until June, 2009)
• Wallet size face picture no more than 1 year old

3. Mail the following documents:
   

   • Payment (Flag-$100, Tackle-$250)  Checks can be made payable to "RBPW"
   • 2009 Player Contract
   • 2009 RBPW Season Application
   • Birth Certificate or Passport
   • Utility Bill
   • Physical (if available)

You are not considered signed up until we receive FULL PAYMENT.

• RETURNING PLAYERS: Returning football players must sign-up by April 14th, 2009 to get tracking priority from the 2008 season. After April 14th it is a first come first serve priority for all slots remaining on teams.
• A Report Card for the 2008-2009 season will be collected at the end of the school year for all football players and cheerleaders

Competitive Cheer (Mitey Mite - Midget): $250

Flag Cheer: $100

Includes:

• Registration Fees
• Poms
• Hair Piece (Mitey Mite - Midget)
• Spirit Pack (Skort, Shoes, 1 brief, Polo, 1 pair socks, game bow, Embroidery on polo)
• Cheer Fun Day Registration Fees
• Trophy
• Basic Picture package

• $100 for a used uniform
• $160 for brand new uniform
• Or individual pieces as listed below:
• Shell Only $70.00 (plus tax and shipping)
• Skirt Only $45.00 (plus tax and shipping)
• Body Liner $40.00 (plus tax and shipping)

All cheerleaders will be fitted for their uniform before the season starts.
