Rancho Bernardo Field Hockey: Welcome

  Dismissal for the bus to our Fallbrook game on 10-26 is at 12:45.  The bus will leave at 1:00.  Sorry for the early departure.  We don't have many more of those.  I will post the remaining departure times on Monday.

   UPDATED FUTURES INFORMATION:  

  This year the Futures program is asking coaches to send a list of girls who would like to attend, there will be no tryout.  A Futures FAQ has been added to the handout section of this website.  The cost is going to be $455 for this years 10 sessions.  We need to turn in the list ASAP, if you are interested please email Coach Sager at bsager@san.rr.com. 

For those of you unaware of the Futures program, it is run by USA Field Hockey at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista from January through May.  There are 10 3 hour sessions with trained field hockey coaches and help from the National teams.  Sadie O, Lindsay Sager and Christina Shoesmith all did futures this year.  Feel free to talk to any of them or Coach Sager for more information.

GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations to our varsity team for beating Torrey Pines 1-0 in regulation!!!  This is our programs first victory over the CIF Champion Falcons.  Varsity is now 2-0.  We do have practice on Saturday, Septeber 12 from 8-10 am.  Please be there as we play Hilltop at home on Monday night.  GO BRONCOS!!!

 Dues are $250 for the field hockey season.  Please make checks payable to RB Field Hockey.  If you have questions or concerns email me at krudkin@powayusd.com.

PUSD also needs $90 from each athlete for transportation.  That check is made out to PUSD.  Please do what you can!

Bring all gear to turf practices.  Bring running shoes and work out wear to Tuesday conditioning days.
