The following are key dates, handouts and instructions for the managers of the All Star Teams. In addition to attending the meetings below and filling out the affidavits and preparing the affidavit packages, you are also required to help collect the tournament uniform fees. All players are required to give a check for $50 made out to Ramapo Little League.

NOTE Managers of 8, 9 and 13 (?) year tournament teams are required to submit team rosters, maybe keep a copy of team birth certificates and collect checks for $50 covering uniform costs. Details for tournament team participation are being gathered.

REQUIRED MANAGER MEETINGS 

Each league MUST be represented by the Manager and or Coach of the all star team. Coaches need to attend so that in the event the manager is not present at a particular game, they will have all information that will be presented at these meetings. Each attendee must have a 2009 rule book.

Note: If your bracket is being picked at the meeting, you will not get a bye if you are not there so don't be late.

AFFIDAVIT PACKAGE PREPARATION

We need three sets of each per team of the following forms for all star play.

1. Tournament Affidavit for Team
2. League Map with Team Players Shown - To be done last with Deb!
3. Player Medical Release Form
4. Player Proof of residency requirements
5. Proof of age requirements - a.k.a. 3 copies of DA signed birth certificate or 3 copies of birth certificate plus 1 original birth certificate.
6. Volunteer Code of Conduct Form signed by all Managers and Coaches on Team.
