  Welcome

It's wet. It's cold. We know you're thinking Rainier District Little League. But you'll have to wait to begin on-line registration for the 2009 season. Stay tuned!

Welcome to our new site!

Congratulations to Rainier District Little League's 2008 All-Star Teams:

Juniors Team (Ages 13-14):  District 7 Champions!

Majors Team (Ages 11-12):  Fourth place at Districts.

10-11 Team:  Third place at Districts.

9-10 Team:  Fifth place at Districts.

(out of eight District 7 Little Leagues)

Please remind all players to return any uniforms they may still have.  Any player who has not returned his or her uniform from previous years will not be issued a team jersey, pants or cap the following year.  Replacement cost for a jersey is $28.00.  For Juniors and above, there is also an additional replacement cost of $32.00 per set for the white striped pants with belts.

Each year, unreturned jerseys costs our league significant, hard-to-replace funds.  Please support our league by doing your part to ensure that all uniforms are returned at the end of the season!

Welcome to the official site of Rainier District Little League, a member of Washington State's District 7.  Rainier District Little League offers a fun baseball environment for 5-18 year-old kids living in the South Seattle area.

We would also like to give our warmest greetings to the kids and parents of our newly acquired Skyway area.

The 2008 season will continue to highlight the commitment of our league to our children, our neighborhoods and the game of baseball.  Come see the new batting cage being installed at our league's signature field, Rainier Playfield.  Also, stay tuned for news regarding the recent awarding of grant money for the improvement of Brighton Playfield.

Remember, our league relies on the voluntary efforts of people like you.  Let's enrich all of our lives and, "Play ball!"
