MSHL All Star Game
Congratulations to Sean Harkins for being named to the MSHL All Star Team playing March 7th at the Gardens Ice House in Laurel at 6:50PM.
All County Ice Hockey Team Announced
Congratulations to Sean Harkins for being named to the 2004-05 All County Ice Hockey Team. The announcement was in the Washington Post's Howard Extra section March 24th. Tyler Brumsted and Mark Limsam made Honorable Mention. Congratulations Sean, Tyler and Mark!
MSHL Academic All Star players named
Congratulations to Mark Limsam,Duncan Cooper and Connor Cooper for being chosen for the MSHL Academic All Star team. The game will be played Monday, March 14th at the Gardens Ice House at 6:30 pm.
Howard County All Star Game
Congratulations to Tyler Brumsted,Duncan Cooper, Sean Harkins and Mark Limsam for being named to the Howard County All Star Team. The game will played at the Gardens Ice House on Monday March 21 @ 7:00 pm.
Good Luck to our Seniors
With the end of the 04-05 season we say goodbye to our seniors who have played with the Atholton Ice Hockey team for the past 4 years. Tyler Brumsted, Duncan Cooper, Sean Harkins and Mark Limsam will be sorely missed. We wish them all of the best in the future. We will also be saying goodbye to another senior, our Assistant Manager, Linh Nguyen who also graduates this year. Thank you for all of your help and support these past seasons.
Atholton Wins Opener Against Centennial
The Atholton Ice Hockey team beat Centennial in their season opener
6-5 at the Gardens Ice House in Laurel on Friday, November 19th. Sean Harkins and Jay Saar did the scoring with assists from Tyler Brumsted, Chris Brumsted, Duncan Cooper and Mark Limsam. Danny Brown was in goal for the Raiders and faced 21 shots.
Captain and Assistants Named
Pat Cavanaugh has been selected as Captain for the 02'-03' Raider season. Serving as Assistant Captains will be Sean Harkins and Tyler Brumsted. Congratulations!
Atholton players named to All Stars game
The following players were selected to represent Atholton at the Howard County All Star game on Monday, March 22,2004 at 7:00pm at the Gardens Ice House: Pat Cavanaugh, Sean Harkins, Tyler Brumsted and Kris Brumsted.

Washington Post 2003 All Howard County Team
Congratulations to Colin Brumsted, Pat Cavanaugh and Lark Creel for being chosen for the 2003 All Howard County Team by the Washington Post. Tyler Brumsted and Sean Harkins received Honorable Mention They will appear with others selected from Howard County in the Howard Extra section of the Washington Post on April 3,2003. 2002-2003 Howard County All Star Team
Congratulations to Lark Creel, Pat Cavanaugh, Sean Harkins and Tyler and Colin Brumsted for being chosed to represent Atholton in the Howard County All Star game on Friday March 14, 7:00 p.m. @ Laurel. Coach Brumsted has been chosen as one of the Coaches for the game.

Colin Brumsted and Lark Creel were chosen for the 2002-2003 MSHL All Star game to be played March 3rd at the Gardens Ice House in Laurel.
Goodbye to our Seniors
The 2002-2003 season marked the final season for 4 of our players who spent their entire High School "careers" playing for Atholton Ice Hockey. Colin Brumsted, Lark Creel and Chris and Pat Kevan leave the team with the great distinction of never having lost a MSHL league game. Colin lead the Conference the past 3 years in points. Lark lead in fewest goals allowed in the Conference the past 4 years (shared his freshman year with now Maryland goalie Jason Milke). Only playing for Atholton, Chris and Pat Kevan skated with the skill of many of the travel players they faced. These 4 players will be sorely missed and will now pass the torch on to those who remain. We wish them continued success and best of luck.
Atholton Beats Centennial- Ends Season Undefeated
The Atholton Ice Hockey Team defeated Centennial High School in it's final season game by a score of 12-3 at the Columbia Ice Rink. Congratulations to Dylan Beaumont who scored his first MSHL goal with 1:44 left in the first period of the game. The win gives Atholton another undefeated season going 8-0 in league play and 10-0 in season play.

Raiders Ice Hockey Team wins Howard County Title
The Raiders Ice Hockey team won the Howard County Championship by defeating RiverHill 4-1 at The Gardens Ice House.
Way to go guys!!!!

Players and Coach Selected to All-County Team
Congratulations to Lark Creel, Colin Brumsted, Khalil Rizvi and Eli Martin for being chosen 1st team All-County by the Washington Post. Coach Brumsted was named Howard County Coach of the Year and Colin Brumsted was named Howard County Player of the Year. Honorable mention went to Tyler Brumsted and Pat Kevan. Atholton Players Selected for Ho. Co. & MSHL All Stars
The Howard County All Star game was held Friday, March 8th at 7:00pm at the Gardens Ice House. Selected from Atholton were: Colin Brumsted, Eli Martin and Lark Creel (Blue Team) Khalil Rizvi and Pat Cavanaugh (Gold Team). Our own Coach, Jim Brumsted, was selected as Team Coach.
The MSHL All Star game was held Monday, March 4th at 7:00pm at the Gardens Ice House in Laurel. Players were selected from the MSHL's public and private schools. Selected from Atholton were: Colin Brumsted, Khalil Rizvi, Eli Martin and Lark Creel.
MCI Shootout
Khalil Rizvi and Lark Creel competed against 3 Linganore players for the High School Championship at the MCI Center in front of 18,025 Caps fans 4/3/02 during the intermission of the Caps vs Tampa Bay game. Atholton won the penalty shot competition but Linganore was able to take advantage of our misfortune of only having 1 of 2 skaters needed in the relay race and Atholton came in second. Both Lark and Khalil played great and made all of the family and friends that came to watch them very proud.
Another Undefeated Season...... Raiders go 8-0
The Raiders Ice Hockey team ended their regular season with an 11-1 victory over Howard High School. The Raiders impressive stats include 70 goals for and only 6 goals against. Congratulations on another fine season. Next stop ...............
The County Championship!!
Atholton wins #1 spot in qualifier in MCI Shootout
On Saturday, November 10th, 3 members of the Atholton Ice Hockey team, Lark Creel, Colin Brumsted and Khalil Rizvi competed in the Washington Capitals Youth Shootout & Skills Challenge at the MCI Center against 5 other High School teams from the Washington Metro area.
Teams competing were Atholton, Linganore, George Washington, Westfield, Bishop O'Connell and Sherwood. Only the top two teams move to the Championship which is held during the intermission of the Washington Capitals vs. Tampa Bay Lightning game on 4/3/02.
Atholton finished first and will face Linganore on April 3rd in the Championship. Atholton has been given a special ticket price of $14.00 per seat. Come out and see the Caps play then cheer Atholton on to victory!! Tickets can be requested through this website via our email raidershockey@37.com. Please order as soon as possible as these tickets are first come first served and we don't want Linganore buying up all the seats!!
The Trophy presentation will be held at the Caps vs. Chicago on April 9th and tickets are also $14.00.

Raiders take 3rd Place in Purple Puck Tournament
The Raiders Ice Hockey team won 3rd place in the Purple Puck Tournament held at Ft Dupont in Washington, DC over the Holiday. Excellent play by all who attended.
