Paperwork Night is June 30th!
All paperwork will be due at Paperwork Night, which will be Tuesday, June 30, from 6pm to 8pm at the Ashland Middle School. You must have all of your child's paperwork in before they can participate in any practice. Practice will begin on Monday, August 3rd, at Stone Park in Ashland. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Paperwork needed is:
* A Signed Medical Release
* A Report Card (complete copy, all pages, front and back)*if report cards are not issued, they must be brought to the first practice.
* An ORIGINAL Birth Certificate (only if the child did not participate in the 2008 Season)
* A Copy of the child's Birth Certificate (whether they played before or not)
* The Parents/Players Code of Conduct
* A Physical (has to be dated 2009) if the child does not have a scheduled physical the parent may get a letter from the child's physician.

2009 Season Registration Time is Here!
Registration for the 2009 season will take place on Tuesday and Thursday January 27th and 29th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 P.M at the Ashland Middle School cafeteria. All football players must attend registration so they can be weighed in. The fee for 2009 is $250.00 $100 of which is the fully refundable uniform deposit.
