FOOTBALL/CHEERLEADING REGISTRATION NIGHT
Tuesday & Wednesday February 28 & 29
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Ashland Middle School Cafeteria
Are you ready for some football? It’s time to get signed up for the 2012 Hopkinton-Ashland Youth Football and Cheerleading Programs!
This is a Registration night only and we will be collecting the following:
· Completed registration form (click here)
· Player fee of $250.00 ($50 is an equipment deposit that you will get back in the fall when you return your equipment)
· C.O.R.I. forms (please print from the website). If you would like to volunteer in any capacity (coach, assistant, team parent, chains at the games, etc.) you will need to fill out a C.O.R.I. form and bring a copy of the front and back of your driver’s license. *Please note that filling out a C.O.R.I. does not commit you to any position and you are not guaranteed a coaching position.
We will have a checklist for you of the paperwork you will need to bring to Paperwork Night in late June.
