RSC -- U-12 Girls (2008 - 2009): Welcome

 The Racine Soccer Club U-12 Girls welcome you to their 2008 - 2009 team page!

Spring 2009 Season

The RSC U-12 Girls are eager to begin regular season play at the same level they left off last fall.  RSC supporters vividly remember the final game of the fall season when the Lady Reds played to a tie at the Reddan Ice Age Classic the first weekend in November before ultimately losing the chance to play on when they ended up on the short end of a tie-breaking shoot-out to end the Fall season.

The RSC U-12 Girls open their regular season on the road against Hartford United SC Orange on Saturday April 18th.  RSC continues their road show the following day with a match against the Polonia Flacons at Polonia.

LCU 3 v 3 Tournament

Six players from the RSC U-12 Girls team will be participating in the LCU Spring Break 3 v 3 tournmament on Tuesday, April 14th at the Brookfield Indoor Soccer Complex.

Fall 2008 Season

 Reddan Ice Age Classic -- (Verona, WI)

Reddan Toe Bash -- Semi-finals (Verona, WI) 

The RSC U-12 Girls defeated Zia Sun Prairie United and Brookfield White, both via shut-outs, before losing 2-0 to Mt. Horeb Red.  The U-12 Girls advanced to the semi-finals as a wild card in their U-12 bracket, forcing a rematch with Mt. Horeb Red.  The U-12 Girls briefly held a 3-2 lead halfway through the second half of the semi-final game, but ultmiately fell 4-3 to Mt. Horeb.

Battle on the Border (Kenosha, WI)

Congratulations to the RSC U-12 Girls for their 2-1-1 performance at the Battle on the Border!  The team ended the tournament with three consecutive shut-outs!
