1. Basketball training classes for all ages and all skill levels - beginners and up.
2. Foot Orthotics and Sports Injury Care provided for athletes including the HK men's national team.
ABA's Hong Kong basketball development system teaches fundamental skills and drills beyond the limitations of streetball.
Through our unique grading system, ABA(HK) students become "prime time players" progressing to higher levels of play.
Our coaching is led by head Coach Tim Darling and coordinated by Dr. David Cosman.
Dr. Cosman is the Director and has worked with Coach Darling and the Hong Kong National BBall team since the 1998 Asian Games.
Under Coach Darling, the HK National Mens' Team made it to the quarter finals at the Asian Games in 2002 - the best finish in the history of Hong Kong basketball!
The ABA is known for the quality coaching of Darling who has received the honour of being an Ontario, Canada University Basketball coach of the year.
