The Racers Squirt Silver Team will pursue their championship in the Buckeye Travel Hockey League (BTHL) in the A division. Coaching philosophy: The philosophy of the coaching staff will be to develop both the individual skills of each player to his potential as well as the development of the entire team to a championship level. The coaching staff will focus upon team discipline, commitment, teamwork, and development. Through a strong work ethic and focus on team first, the players will have fun in their pursuit of a championship season.
