The Rockford Area Athletic Association (RAAA) is an all volunteer organization geared toward the development of our local youth through athletics.
As an all volunteer organization we rely on contributions of money and time:
*Financial - through individual or business sponsorship. To learn more about our current partners please click on the Sponsors folder to the left.
*Time - there are multiple opportunities throughout the year to show your support for RAAA by volunteering to help with, field clean-up / prep, tournaments, fundraising, program development, or as a coach in one or more of the sports programs offered by RAAA.

December 9th, 2009 Board Meeting Agenda
RAAA's December board meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 9th from 7 - 8:30 p.m. at the RCC. The meeting is open to all baseball, basketball, and softball coaches.

RAAA is expanding!
For many years RAAA has focused exclusively on summer baseball and softball programs for the Rockford area. Over the years we've been asked several times about expanding our offering to included additional sports, and until now we remained focused on our 2 main sports.
Thanks to the passion of a few and the interest of many we have added 2 new sports to our roster. In October, 2009, we introduced Metro Basketball for boys and girls in grades 5 - 8. For many of our teams the season is underway, check back often to see highlights from each of our teams!
Coming Winter 2010 we will offer girls Junior Olympics Volleyball. Teams are now forming, if you have any questions or interest please contact Laura Hood - Director of Volleyball - at hoodranch@usfamily.net
