The Quincy Spartans finish in 2nd place for the 2009 8FL season. Spartans had two rookie of the year awards James Branch LB and Brett Miller RB. Also Dustin Paul and Brian Lewton received Co Coaches of the year! Way to go on the fine season. ______________________________________________________________
The Quincy Spartans are based in Quincy Illinois and are Quincy's first semi-pro football team. The Spartans play in the 8FL an 8 on 8 football league that that was founded in 2000 and is based in central Illinois. All our players are playing for the fun of it and are unpaid.
