If you were unable to attend sign up day you may do so during the month of January at one of the practice days.

Elias Gedyon competing for Loyola High School he finished 2nd at the Nike Cross National Championship meet in Portland, Oregon.


 

Lauren Williams
USATF National office youth chair Lionel Leach has offically awarded the Long Jump Gold Medal to Lauren Williams.  She now becomes the first Quiet Fire athlete to win 3 individual gold medals at a Junior Olympic meet.  Lauren also won the Bantam division 100m and 200m Congratulations Lauren, job well done.


Congratulations to St Mary's Academy for winning the Santa Cruz League x-country championship with 17 points
the team consisted of Yazmine Ramirez (league champion), Da'jhanae Frampton, Jasmine Wooten, Charnell Price, Sydney Johnson, Gianna Woodruff, Rachel Tolliver.

Elias Gedyon LOS ANGELES > Cross-country Elias, a junior at Loyola High, broke his own course record at the Higashi Roman Memorial Run, taking first in the boys' varsity race (14:26) and finishing 50 seconds ahead of the runner-up. The 2008 Division II state cross-country champion, Elias won his second straight 800-meter title at the USA Track & Field National Junior Olympics.
