ü       Copy of Participating Wrestler’s Birth Certificate

ü       $100 Registration Fee – checks made payable to “Quantico Wrestling Club”

Fee Information

The $100 registration fee includes:

• AAU wrestling card
• NVWF registration fee for meets and tournaments
• Insurance
• Use of practice facility
• QWC T-shirt
• Loan of wrestling singlet for the season (must be returned)
• Trophies, awards and end-of-season party  

Equipment

Wrestlers must provide their own:

·        Wrestling shoes (to be worn only on the mats at practice and meets, never on the street)

·        Head gear (required for all wrestlers at meets)

·        Practice clothes (shorts and T-shirt or wrestling singlet)

·        Water bottle

Practice Schedule (13 November 2008 – 5 March 2009):

Tuesday/Thursday, 6:00-7:30pm

Ramer Hall, Building #24180 Gilbert Rd., Camp Barrett, MCB Quantico, VA (directions on website).

Meets and Tournaments:

First NVWF meet weekend is 13/14 December 2008 (followed by holiday hiatus), with regular weekly meets running January through early March 2009.  For a complete schedule, check NVWF.
