Team schedules will be posted soon on the league website: http://www.qcll.org/. Field locations are also posted there.  If your son or daughter is in a division that plays outside of our league, please check the locations section of the website for addresses and maps to your opponents’ fields.  The district weather policy is also on the website in the handouts section.  Please refer to this document on days when the weather is questionable.  We will announce weather related game cancellations at 731-RAMS (731-7267) no later than 5:00PM.

We are going to need volunteer umpires at games for the 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14 divisions for baseball and softball at all of our home games this season.  This is a vital part of the game and we really cannot play the game with out an umpire.  I’m asking all of you to please consider volunteering to help with this critical need.  It’s a great way to get involved in the game, and it can be as fun a job as you make it.  Thanks in advance for your help with this.  Coaches you are responsible for finding Umpires for your home games.

Lastly, I want to remind everyone that Little League is all about the kids.  The games should be centered on having fun while promoting teamwork and good sportsmanship.  We live in a very competitive world, and while teams will win some games and lose some games, let’s not make winning and losing the focal point of our season.  Please be an example to the kids by being a good sport. Always treat coaches, spectators, volunteers and umpires with respect.

Thanks to everyone for registering your child to play and for your efforts to make the 2015 season the best season yet. Play Ball!
