Vision, Value and Goals
QUICKSET's VISION is to provide an optimum atmosphere for the development of young volleyball athletes, and assist each player in becoming the best she can be.
QUICKSET VALUES each player's self esteem, honesty, and spirit.
QUICKSET's GOALS are to:
Improve the volleyball skills and leadership of each team member through specialized instruction and competitive team play.
Continue to raise the quality of Girl's Volleyball in the Lehigh Valley Area - as evidenced by the continued success of QuickSet players on their local high school teams, year after year, and in QuickSet's regional, interstate, and national competitions.
Provide specialized training opportunities and key competition exposure for athletes who are considering playing competitive volleyball in college.
Promote good sportsmanship, responsibility, and the lifelong spirit of volleyball.

The Home Club for Lehigh Valley's Top Players
QUICKSET has been the Home Club for so many of the Lehigh Valleys top girls volleyball players since 1990. Members of QuickSet currently play on the Bethlehem Catholic, Freedom, Emmaus, Notre Dame, Liberty, Easton and Central Bucks East high school teams. In the past some of our players also played for Parkland, Dieruff, Pottsville, Marian Catholic (Nesquehoning, PA), Central Catholic and Whitehall HS. Many of our "graduates" go on to play for NCAA Division I, II, and III collegiate teams; and continue to play as adults. (Check out "Alumni News")

Competition for All Levels
QuickSet teams traditionally compete at levels of play that challenge the players skills and push their development:
Open Level - Within the Keystone Region and surrounding states (Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts) Open level is designed for the more experienced players in each age group that are enhancing their basic skills.
Club Level - Within the Keystone Region and nearby states (Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey) Club level is designed for the player that doesn't have very much experience in either club volleyball or volleyball in general.
Tournaments typically last all day (or weekend) and involve competition between 8 to 24 or more teams, which results in a concentrated learning experience for the young athlete. Success in these tournaments may rank/qualify the team for further competition at East Coast Championships, National JO Championships, or other post season national tournaments.
