Registration for the 2014-15 Basketball season will take place in September, mostly on the weekends and selected weeknights.  The first tentative registration date is Sat, 9/13.

Check the website in mid-August for updated information on dates and fees.

We offer Instructional Basketball from December to February on Saturday mornings generally between 9am to 10:30am for all boys and girls ages 5 to 7. (Kindergarten to 2nd grade)

We offer CYO Travel from 3rd grade thru High School.  Boys and Girls teams are formed by calendar year in accordance to Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) rules.  Depending on enrollment, we may not have a team for every age level.  If we do not have a team for your child's age, we will do our best to accomodate, but may have to decline the registration.

CYO Travel teams begin practice in October at a local public school gym in the neighborhood.  The Girls season starts in mid-October until mid-February.  The Boys season starts in early November until mid-March.  Practices are usually once a week in the evening for about 60 to 75 minutes.  Games are generally played on the weekends and selected weeknights.  Games are scheduled by the CYO league. We do not set the schedule.

Blue Jays - 2014 Farm Champions

On June 1st, the Blue Jays lost to the Pirates to fall to 4-7-1.  The Jays pulled themselves together to win their final 4 games, catapulting themselves into a 2nd place finish behind the Pirates.

In the first round of the playoffs, they rallied from a 3 run deficit to edge the #3 Marlins, 10-9, bringing them into the Farm Championship where the top seeded Pirates awaited.

The Blue Jays struck first, scoring 1 run in the opening frame.  The Pirates responded with 3 runs in the 3rd, but the Jays answered with 3 runs of their own in the 4th to take a 4-3 lead.  Pirates then scored to put the game in a 4-4 deadlock.  In the pivotal 5th inning, the Jays pushed 3 across for a 7-4 lead.  The Pirates rallied in the 5th and 6th innings but could only cut the deficit to 2, giving the Blue Jays a 7-5 victory and the 2014 Farm Championship!

Congratulations to Coach Marco Baigorria, Assistants Rob Lombardi, Roland Hollinsed, Darwin Sanchez, Edwin Ferreira and Scorekeeper Roxanne Valero.

The players are: Anjay, Gavin, Henry Fabian, Shane, Sierra, Daniel, Josiah, Gabriel and Elijah.

Congratulations also to the Pirates and Coach Manny Santiago for their first place finish and getting to the finals.

The Farm All Star game will take place on Sunday, June 22nd at 6:00pm on Vleigh 2.
