Managers meeting for all divisions. 2 P.M. Sermon Center.

Open sign-ups for all divisions. 9:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Dick’s Sporting Goods
*February 23 (Mandatory)
Junior/Midget Division Meeting & practice field sign up. 7 PM-9PM Sermon Center
*February 24 (Mandatory)
Bantam Division Meeting & practice field sign up. 7 PM-9PM Sermon Center
*February 25 (Mandatory)
Machine Pitch/T-Ball Division Meeting & practice field sign up. 7 PM-9PM Sermon Center
*February 27 (Mandatory) Cancelled
Rules Meeting for those that missed January meeting. All Divisions practice field sign up at conclusion.

Practice for Bantam and Machine pitch may start.
*March 7
Fundraiser & Equipment pick-up day for all teams. 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Mill Creek Park & Sermon Center.
*March 15
Deadline for sign-ups and pre-registration fees for all divisions.
*March 16
T-Ball practice may start.
*April 1
Last day to pick-up fundraiser items.
*April 8
Scorekeeper School. 7PM-9PM Sermon Center.
*April 18
Money turn-in. All teams must have a Manager or Rep. of team come to turn in all fundraiser money and registration fees. Schedules will be distributed. Teams not turning money in will not start their season until a later date. 9 AM-12PM Sermon Center
*April 22 Cancelled
Last chance rules meeting for coaches.
*April 25
Opening day & team pictures. 11:00 a.m. at Crysler.
*July 11
T-ball Trophy party. 11:00 a.m. at Mill Creek Park
*July 25
Equipment turn-in day. 9 A.M.-11 A.M. at the Trailer
