ABOUT US
We consider ourselves to be the premier youth football organization in Fayetteville and Cumberland County, NC. The Fayetteville Buccaneers are a tryout traveling tackle youth football organization. We are a member of the Piedmont Youth Football League (PYFL) based out of Charlotte, NC. We have three teams with players ranging in ages from 7 to 13 years old.
**In 2011 our Buccaneerss made PYFL history on two fronts.
-
We are the FIRST association to ever get all three of our teams into the play-offs in their first season.
-
We are the ONLY association to EVER get all three of our teams to the Super Bowl in the 10 year existence of the PYFL.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the Fayetteville Buccaneer Youth Football Organization is to develop our players by utilizing the teach, coach and mentor approach to football. We will develop their football skills through good coaching and highly competitive football games against teams from around the state. We will develop their character by teaching them the value of hardwork, discipline and teamwork. Our goal is to have a positive impact on the children and help improve their football skills on the field as well as their performance off the field in the classroom and at home.
GAMES
We will play an eight game regular season with four of those games being played here in Fayetteville and the other four games will be played between Southern Pines and Charlotte. We will also have an opportunity to play in football tournaments against teams from all over the country.

It is with deep regret that I inform you of the passing of Piedmont Youth Footbal League (PYFL) Commissioner and North American Youth Football Championship (NAYFC) President Ron Mcdaniel.
Ron was a true friend to the Fayetteville Buccaneer organization and quite frankly without his help, we would not have enjoyed the successful first season that we did. Ron was always available to answer questions and quick to give valuable guidance.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time and may God grant them peace and strength in the months ahead.
Thank you Ron for your friendship and professional guidance. You will be dearly missed.
