If your child is new to PYC you will need to provide a copy of his
or her birth certificate at registration
REGISTRATION FEES
K-2 $50.00 per child
3-12 Intramural $65.00 per child
Any Travel Team $80.00 per child
Family Rate $150 (3 or more children in one family)
Add a $20.00 LATE FEE AFTER 10-31-09

PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT
If you are interested in coaching, assisting, or obtaining a position at PYC,
please let us know. Can’t help on a regular basis? Please be courteous and
help the coaches prior to, during, and after the games when you can. Gathering
the equipment and loose clothing, keeping score, and keeping the spectators
out of the halls helps a lot and lets the coaches focus on the players. Have a
great season and thanks for being part of our organization.
