2004 RULE CHANGES
ARTICLE IV Membership Section 3 Suspension or termination Article C - ADDED A regular member (non-player) who participates or intends to form a team outside PYBL consisting of any number of players drafted or taken from PYBL shall not be able to participate in any manner (manage, coach, scorekeeper, etc.) or at any time in the PYBL. ARTICLE IX Tournaments Section 2 players - changed As specified, player selection will be made in accordance with the process specified by the Board of Directors. Only those players that participate exclusively for PYBL with continuous registration shall be eligible for participation and selection to their age appropriate tournament team, which includes Cooperstown Tournament Teams. If a player cannot play baseball during the intramural season or the previous season due to illness, injury, family issue, etc... said player would not be penalized. If a player legitimately moves to the community that player would be eligible to participate on a non-Cooperstown Tournament team. Players must participate in 12 of the 16 (75%) intramural season games to participate on a tournament team.
