Board Position, Duties & Responsibilities

Position: President

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and coordinate all club activities

· Chair all board meetings

· Help formulate club policies, agenda and functions

· Requisition of playing fields

· Act a liaison with school teams and the PVAA

· Work with athletic director to help support club and school activities

· Delegate duties to other board members and club members

· Help with newsletters and correspondence

· Help to get club rosters info to EPYSA and that the fees are paid

· Attend the annual EPYSA general meeting
