IT'S A RUNNING SPORT
Duh!! It’s called the fastest game on two feet for good reason. You better start running now. Or, do you think we can win walking around?

POSSESSION, POSSESSION, POSSESSION!!!
The number one rule of lacrosse – THE TEAM THAT HAS THE BALL THE MOST, WINS! Never forget this rule. It really is almost that simple. Get, and keep the ball! Win face-offs, get the ground balls, pass and catch with out turning the ball over, take smart/high percentage shots, and take the ball away when on defense. Play smartly, do all of this, and the other team will never get the ball, and therefore can never score.
