Director
Maria Brauner
Maria has over 26 years of experience of playing and coaching. She has coached for girls at all different levels. Her way of coaching is to motivate and get the girls to believe in themselves and their skills. She is from Southern California and played for the highly successful South Bay Volleyball club. She learned under the very best coaches Pat Zartman and Nina Mathesis from whom she has developed her coaching styles from. She is a strong believer in "we not me" and "hard work beats talent".
Athletic Trainer
Nathan Cook - Nate is the athletic trainer for the Puyallup Juniors. Graduating from Central Texas College; Nate is an accredited fitness professional certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. A performance enhancing specialist with notable experience with ESPN U nationally ranked athletes, the Department of Defense, and NCAA Division II athletes. Nate is a new addition to the coaching staff this season, but no stranger to intense training. He brings a fresh and balanced approach to the Puyallup club. Go Juniors!

U12 National
Randi Nelsen - I played as a Defense Specialist and Libero for my Varsity High School Volleyball program and won Idaho State Championship my senior year in 2006 with an undefeated season. I played with Moscow Volleyball Club for 6 years on the Nationals Teams playing in Washington, Idaho and traveling to the Reno tournament. Did college volleyball tours my senior year with the University Nevada Las Vegas and Lewis and Clark College in Portland, but chose to remain at the University of Idaho where I played on the University of Idaho Club “A Team”. I coached U-12 volleyball in Moscow, Idaho in 2010 and then moved to Kent, WA where I currently play outside doubles during the summer.
U13 National
Maria Brauner – Was recruited by State Long Beach, Outsider Hitter, and South Bay Volleyball Club. She has 5 appearances in Jr. Nationals and 26 years of coaching and playing experience in California, Utah and Washington. She also serves as the Director of Puyallup Juniors VBC.
U13 Regional
Jenifer Noting - Played as a Middle Blocker / Outside Hitter in high school where she as a starting player on the Varsity Team. She was awarded the "Wolf Award", she was 2 years Co-Captain, and spent 4 years coaching summer camp to children ages 7-15. She played 2 years at Arizona State University Club 'A' Team where she was their starting Middle Blocker. As a Club player she played 4 seasons with Goodyear VBC, West Valley Juniors VBC, and Arrowhead. Her training includes 4 years at Arizona State University Volleyball Summer Camp and 2 Gold Medal Squared training camps.
U14 National
Tina Lee Brooks – Is the current Head Coach Spanaway Lake High School Girls Volleyball. She grew up in Oregon played varsity volleyball and softball at Centralia Community College. I have over 10 years of coaching experience at various levels ranging from middle school –high school. She is going on 8 years of coaching club at several levels U13 – U18. Tina believes in teaching athletes mental preparation, value of teamwork and importance of self-discipline.
U14 Regional
Julia Bobo - Julia Bobo was a head coach of a U14 team for Carolina One Volleyball and has assisted coaching high school varsity summer camps. She was a starting player as a right side/outside hitter on both her high school varsity team and club team in Chicago and played for the University of Greenville, South Carolina. She attended a Jr. Olympic Training camp and attended camps such Notre Dame, Michigan, Southern Methodist University and Northwestern. She played for Adversity Club Volleyball and was coached by Mike Hulett, who is the Head Coach of the Paralympic Women’s Volleyball Team. She graduated from Furman University. She has over eleven years of coaching and playing experience.
U15 National
Stephanie Houser – Central University Outside Hitter. Stephanie played 4 years at Central Washington University as an Outside Hitter, earning GNAC All-conference honors as well as a Conference Player of the Week honor. Stephanie coached club for Eisenhower Spikers in Yakima, and was the head coach of Cle-Elum Roslyn High School program. She played at Bellermine Prep in High School, earning all-league honors her senior year.
U15 Regional
Stephanie Rojas – My dad introduced me to volleyball when I was 8, I fell in love with the sport and my height was finally put to great use! I started playing club at the U12 level for Puget Sound VBC until U15 and Puyallup Jrs. VBC until 18s when PJs was just starting to form. I've played all through school, graduated from Decatur HS in 2007, played at Highline community college for two years. I Coached for South End Jrs. for 3 seasons at the U12, 14, and 16 age level. I also coached a season for a middle school in Brentwood, CA. I enjoy playing in grass and beach tournaments, as well as local indoor recreational leagues. Aside from volleyball I love to hike, cook and travel. I had my daughter on leap day 2012; she's keeping me quite busy!
Chris Williams - Skills Coach
U16 National
Harshiem Ross - He has coached for over 10 years for the U.S. Army Department of Defense Recreation Leagues. He has 4 years of Club experience and 8 years of Basketball and Football. He has played recreationally for years and 4 and a half years ago took a serious interest in the sport of Volleyball. He is dedicated to this Club and its Players and always puts them first.
Chris Williams –BYU Idaho and BYU Men’s Volleyball Program. Has been playing competitive volleyball for 18 years including 2 years as MB and OH for Brigham Young University-I. Chris currently competes in indoor and outdoor volleyball and has played with both Olympic gold medalists and AVP pro tour players as well as many NCAA national champions. He has coached both Junior High and High school girls’ volleyball and ran volleyball clinics in Utah. Chris also serves as a Skills Coach for the U15, U16, and U17/18 programs.

Dusty Siems - I absolutely love the sport of volleyball and have such a passion for coaching. I played on club teams such as power surge, above the net and Puget Sound. As a player for Graham Kapowsin High School I was varsity for three years. When I attended Green River Community College I played outside hitter and we took first place. My coaching experience includes Saturday Warriors U16 program and various club program camps. I am a very competitive coach and love teaching fundamentals. I have a total of 10 years playing and coaching experience.
