The Puternic Wrestling Club philosophy is to teach a consistent system of wrestling week after week. The goal is to improve on what you learn and add to the system each week. The practices are designed for the wrestler who has set high goals. We highly encourage all participants to compete in as many tournaments as possible. This way you can put to use what you have learned. Wrestlers who have trained with the Puternic Club have seen huge improvements in their wrestling the following season. We believe that any wrestler that wants to be a "Champion" and is willing to put in the time and hard work during the off season will benefit tremendously from this expert coaching. The Puternic Wrestling Club is open to all age wrestlers: youth, high school, college and post college.

Congratulations to Puternic for their Silver Medal finish in the Bronze bracket at the AAU National Elementary Team Duals in Kingsport, Tennessee this past weekend. The kids stood toe-to-toe with phenomenal competition and represented the club admirably. Also, 8 Puternic wrestlers earned medals for their performance:
