Punta Gorda Little League
PGLL is the ONLY little league program in Charlotte County offering
Softball, thru little league. Please remember if your child lives in
Charlotte County she can play little league Softball at PGLL.

Registration dates are set:
December 10, 2005 10:00am til 1:00pm at the little league fields.
January 7, 2006 10:00am til 1:00pm at the little league fields.
January 14, 2006 10:00am til 1:00pm at the little league fields.
January 21, 2006 10:00am til 1:00pm at the little league fields.
Try outs are for any child not already on a Major or Junior team and
any minor division player. Try outs are January 21st and 28th. Try outs are
MANDATORY for any child Minor, Major and Jr/Sr, that isn't already on an existing
team.
Opening Day is set for Saturday, Febuary 11, 2006.

As many of you know, Punta Gorda has been greatly affected by Hurricane Charley (August 13, 2004). Our Little League Program
as well as it's many volunteers have worked hard to make sure the youth of Punta Gorda will have a successful little league season. Many families have been displaced or are just living in dismay. PGLL welcomes all children in their district, regardless of any circumstance. If assistance is needed, please call, Patti White, Michelle Shackelford or Mike Polk. There will be scholarships available as well as payment plans.
