The 16u Punishers had the pleasure of spending a day with Jodie Legaspi.  She worked on defense, offense, and a beating (um conditioning) by trainer Nick.  Jodie spoke to the girls of the importance of grades, proper attitude, and what they need to do with college.  We look forward to spending more time with Jodie (ehem and Nick) soon.  A special Thank You goes out to Tracey Hom for making this all possible.
