Welcome to the Peachtree City Girls Softball Association (PTCGSA) website.
Well, we've managed to get Monday's tournament games in but not much more! The End of Season Tournament was orginally scheduled for Mon 7-May through Sat 12-May at McCurry Park in Fayetteville. Tue and Wed have been rained out, so the rescheduling is as follows:
--Tue/Wed games move to Thu
--Thu games move to Fri
--Fri games move to Sat morning, which moves the times out a couple of hours. Time between games is reduced from 45 minutes to 30 minutes. This puts the (IF) games scheduled at 6:00. Not too bad, really.

Rainout Numbers for Parks: At this point, there is no number for Fayetteville. Check emails often.

Check these numbers for each separate park's playing status -- each park is responsible for updating its own number. One park may cancel games or close fields while another may be going on with games as scheduled. Preferred method of notification is by email or phone, from the park president to the coaches to the players.
ABOUT OUR ASSOCIATION
PTCGSA is youth softball for girls ages 4 - 18. We participate in a county-wide league, playing games in Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Brooks and Tyrone, Georgia (and Pike County for certain ages). We play fastpitch (10u and above) and coach pitch (8u and below) and adhere to the rules of ASA softball. Practices and home games are at Meade Fields #4-7 (behind the lacrosse fields) at Hwy 74 South and Rockaway Road. Click below for a map.

UPDATE: Two games have been moved in the latest schedule. The version number has not changed from v3-10-12, as the move only affects four teams. The changes are as follows:
1. 13T1 Tyrone Lightning versus 13P2 Peachtree City Patriots
Originally scheduled for Tyrone Field 2 at 6:30 on Monday 16-April
Now scheduled for Meade Field 4 at 7:45 on Tuesday 1-May. It is still considered a Tyrone home game.
2. 12T1 Tyrone Twisters versus 12P1 Peachtree City Pride
Moved from Monday 16-Apr at 7:45pm to Saturday 21-Apr at 2:30pm (still in Tyrone)
