LITTLE LEAGUE

BABE RUTH BASEBALL

With last year’s merger of the Bowmanstown 13-15 year olds, our BR league became the primary feeder program for the Palmerton School District High School baseball program. We were finally combined as one entity which covers the entire school district and now includes, Palmerton Borough, Lower Towamensing, Towamensing and Bowmanstown. Babe Ruth Baseball divisions include Juniors(ages 13-15) and Sr.Babe Ruth(ages 16-19)... We now include the Pleasant Valley School District with the addition of Ross, Eldred,Chestnut Hill and Polk townships.

SOFTBALL

Girls Softball divisions(ages 7-18). We play in various softball leagues that
comprise our area. The Carbon-Schulykill League, Lower Carbon League and Lehigh-Valley Leagues.


The Palmerton/Towamensing Baseball League has strived to generate a uniformed governing body for the youth of our community to play and enhance the prospects for players to participate in High School baseball. Our organization together with Little League, Softball & Babe Ruth Baseball is committed to this philosophy and will continue to provide competitive programs for the youth of our community.
