2009 INTERMEDIATE CLINIC - ONE DAY SESSION
Remember, you must have 5 hours of continuing instruction to register for 2010. We recommend that all Grade 8 referees attend an intermediate clinic. There will be no walk-ins. No registration will be accepted after the deadline. Agenda and directions will be sent one week before the clinic by e-mail. If you leave early you will not be credited for the full 5 hours. Cost of the clinic is $30.00, which includes lunch.

The deadlines for Twin Valley & Dickenson is 1/15/09. For Quakertown and
Conestoga the deadline is 1/24/09. The last 2 clinics will be held in > October and the
deadline for Geisinger and Keystone Job Center is 10/04/09.

If you have already registered online or via the paper registration, you > can check
your status at the Profile Management and Clinic Registration.
Payment for the clinic must be done in advance or a check must be > presented at the
time of registration for the clinic.
This message is being sent to all Grade 8 and Grade 9 referees but the > focus are those
referees who completed the Entry Level Class between Jan 2008 and May > 2008.
Your USSF ID# must be entered in order for your registration to be > processed.
Your registration cannot be sent to Chicago until it is entered.
EPSARC would not have had your USSF ID # so it would not have been
automatically populated in your registration form. You must enter it. It > appears that
about 65 Grade 8 & Grade 9 referees who completed the Entry Level Class > prior
to June 2008 have yet to enter their USSF ID number.
To enter the number, go to http://www.epsarc.org/referee_registration.htm
then click on 'Profile Management & Clinic Registration'. Enter your log > in information. You will have access to the USSF field.
If you completed the Entry Level Class in the FALL of 2008, THIS DOES NOT > APPLY.
You are already registered for 2009 and you have already received your > 2009 badge.
You do not and cannot register again, so please do not try to.
