PSL Pirate Head Coaching Opportunity

We are seeking a Head Coach for one of our Jr. Pee Wee tackle football teams. The ages for Jr. Pee Wee are 8-10 (60-105 lbs) and OL age 11 (60-85 lbs). This is a perfect opportunity to help out a great group of youth teaching them about the game of football, sportsmanship, teamwork, and how to have fun.

PAL Football Skills Camp

The PSL PAL Football Skills Camp is scheduled for July 27 thru July 31. 

Registration: July 21 (Tue) and July 23 (Thurs) from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Whisping Pines Park

Ages: 7 thru 15

Cost: $20 per child, if registered on July 21 or July 23 and $25 afterwards.

T-Shirt will provided to each player, Pizza party.

This is a perfect opportunity for your child to learn some new skills, have fun, meet new friends and get a jump start for the fall season.  Don't miss this special event. 

PSL 2009 FOOTBALL and CHEER SIGN-UP

Sign-ups for the PSL Pirates 2009 season are complete and teams are full.  We are still taking names for football players for ages 5, 6, and 7 that are between 35-75 lbs.  Please email the league at pslpirates@aol.com and provide the players name, date of birth, and your contact information. 

First day of Pop Warner football/cheer is August 1st.  Check back often for updated information.

Conditioning  

Tackle and Cheer conditioning will begin August 1st and will meet Monday thru Thursday from 6-8pm and Saturday mornings from 9 - 11 for two weeks at Whispering Pines Park

* Shorts and tee shirts along with plenty of water is all that needed

* After that, practice will be Tuesday thru Thursday from 6-8pm

Dates and times are subject to change and information will be given to parents as soon possible.

2008 Season Recap

Congratulations to all the PSL Football and Cheer teams for a wonderful season.  The Pee Wee Blue football team, lead by Jeff Miret, is the 2008 TCFC Champions, 2008 SE Regional Champions, and 3rd place in the Nation.  Our Pee Wee and Jr. Midget Cheer teams advanced to Nationals and both took 5th place in the Nation.
