Sports Injury Hotline
If you're injured playing sports, there's an alternative to sitting in the Emergency Room or waiting weeks to see an orthopedic doctor. You can call the Sports Injury Hotline at 314-517-5176. When you call, you'll be routed to a sports orthopedist and be seen by a doctor within 24 hours. The hotline was created by Jim Hoffman, a partner at Advanced Training and Rehab, and Dr. Richard Lehman, medical director at the U.S. Center for Sports Medicine in Kirkwood.

Parkway South rules and guidelines, coaching guidelines, spectator's code-of-conduct and registration meeting notes (including team selection criteria) are listed in addition to various forms and general team information.
Registration Meeting forms are now available in the "Handout" folder. Just click on the desired form and print forms in advance of the meeting.

Be sure to check out the Mid-States website throughout the season to follow the Varsity teams progress.

The site includes current team photos, roster information, schedules, scores and stats in addition to other important information.
