How to Register for Prince William Youth Rugby

There are (2) seasons planned for 2013 - Spring High School (U17 & U19), and Youth (U13 & 15) Boys Tackle, and Summer Youth/High School Tag & Tackle.

Registration Fee (includes League registration; team administration; field/facility use; liability insurance; and individual accident insurance.  In addition, each player will receive one pair of shorts and socks, a practice jersey/pennie, a rugby ball (if not already provided), team photo, Club DVD and a bumper sticker)  schedule:

  A $5.00 discount is available for multiple player registration, applied after the initial/1st registration.

Click on the "REGISTER NOW!" button (below), to register for the Prince William Youth Rugby Football Club and take advantage of "Early Bird" registration, and other discounts (multi-child, Boys Spring and Summer). 

 (the Active Network registration website page will open in a new window - you may refer to the Steps below, if needed) 

Upon opening of the "Acive.com" website, " Click on either of the green "Register Now" buttons (right hand side).

STEP 1: Select the registration group, appropriate for your child's age (refer to "Age Breakdown" tab).

NOTE: There is a separate Registration category for those requesting a grant from the Coach "OJ" Soderberg Memorial Fund - requests will be reviewed and granted based upon the merit of each request.

STEP 2: Review, and agree to the Waiver.  Enter Birthdate and Signature, then click on "Agree & Continue".

NOTE: Required Waivers are found on the "Forms & Handouts" tab.

STEP 3: Select a person to register (defaults to "Someone Else"), and provide the Participant Information.  When complete, click on "Continue".

NOTE: You may add additional players (and earn a discount) 

by clicking on the "Register Someone Else", or "Register for Another Category".

STEP 4: Enter Billing Information, and click on "Pay Now".

To complete the Registration process, you must download/print and sign the Waivers found on the "Forms & Handouts" tab for each player and turn it in to the team coach.

STEP 5: Enter payment info, and click "Submit"

You will receive a confirmation e-mail, upon payment.
