Register Now for Fall Softball!Princeton Girls Softball will again have a fall program for all ages starting September 7, 2008.
The PGS Fall Session will have two elements for the Fall 2008 Session:
- Sunday Afternoon Softball Clinic and Game will begin September 7 and continue through October 19 from 3-5 PM. The first hour will be a formal clinic with instructor, and the second hour will be a softball game with all of the girls who are participating in the clinic.
And/or
- Friday Night Lights for 10U players and 12U players. All games to be played Friday Nights beginning after Labor Day for eight weeks. The 10U will play at 6:00 PM and 12U at 8:00 PM. We will be playing local softball leagues with several home games at Hilltop field under the lights. Registration for Friday Night Lights includes the Sunday Clinic.
Fees for the Sunday Clinics alone is $30 for the season, and for Friday Night Lights is $60 for the season.

Princeton Girls Softball 2008 Registration is now open!
Registration is now open for the 2008 Softball Season!
Divisions, Teams and Days of play:
| T-Ball Division – 5 & 6 year olds | Sunday @ 3:00 PM | Marquand Park |
| Rookie Division – 7 & 8 year olds | Tue & Thu @ 6:00 PM | Community Park |
| Minor Division – 9 & 10 year olds | Mon, Wed or Fri @ 6:00 PM | Community Park |
| Major Division – 11 & 12 year olds | Wed, Fri and/or Sat @ TBA | Grover 1 |
| Junior Division – 13 – 15 year olds | Fri and Sat @ TBA | Grover 1 |
Regular Season Games: We are planning to start the season the first week of April with practices. Rookies will play & practice on Tuesday and Thursday. Minors will play and practice on Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday. Major will play and practice on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and/or Saturday mornings. All games will be scheduled to start 6:00 PM on weeknights and 9:00 AM on weekends. T-ball will play on Sundays at 3:00 PM.
Clinics: February and March: *Free Girls Softball Clinics. *Rider University Clinic. Watch for more information.
Evaluations: All girls wanting to play in the minor and major divisions will be required to attend the evaluations. This will take place in early March. This will be done to make the teams fairly balanced. You will be notified of this announcement by e-mail.
Uniforms & Equipment: Uniforms are included in your registration; jerseys, shorts, visors and socks will be provided for all team members. Please indicate your player’s size on the registration form. Players must provide a softball glove and cleats. The league will have bats and batting helmets to share, but many players provide their own.

Coaches, Assistant Coaches are needed: Active parental support and game attendance is what makes PGSA such a positive experience for our girls. We also encourage parents to consider volunteer coaching! If you are available and would like to help, please send in the volunteer form.
Young Adult Umpires Needed: If you know of a young adult 11 years or older who would like to umpire and make money, please let us know.
