Presidio Little League: Registration Forms

Player Registration, Volunteer Application, and Medical Release Forms. Other paper work needed for registration includes proof of residency within boundaries of Presidio LL.
Presidio Little League Boundary Map

League participants must reside within a geographic boundary shown on this map. All players must provide three documents to validate residency. Players moving outside our boundary may continue play with a residency waiver. Please email the League President with questions.
