This is a place where Team Members, Parents, Coaches and Fans can go to find out news, schedules, results, and general interesting stuff about the Archbishop Prendergast High School Rowing Program. Also info about our organization BONNER ROWING ASSOCIATION INC. If you are a Rower, Parent, or Fan, you can have access to other areas of the website. Apply for a password and tell us who you are. Summer Workouts '08
Summer Workouts will be every Monday & Wednesday this summer from 5-6:30pm(these times may change as we see how everyone's schedule holds up) beginning Wed. June 4th. These will be held at the Fitness Center. These are open to all current, former, or future Prendie Rowers--even if you are not planning on rowing in the fall. If you are not currently on the roster, you will have to sign a waiver on your first day. There will be outdoor & indoor work, so wear a good pair of cross training/running sneakers. Other than a water bottle & asthma medication(if needed), you wont need to bring anything. The purpose of these workouts is to get you or keep you in shape by improving your strength, flexibility, stamina, & muscle tone. There will be different workouts all the time to keep things interesting.

Prendie Crew is seeking your help !!!!!
Prendie Crew is actively seeking donations to help us upgrade our equipment. We are still racing in boats that are older than the girls rowing in them. We need to make an appeal to all former rowers, rower families, friends, and anyone interested in helping us. Your help in any way would be greatly appreciated. An online pledge can be made at the web link above by just clicking on the underlined heading for this item, or checks mailed to Prendie Rowing Association at P.O. Box 72, Drexel Hill, PA 19026 will help us meet our goal of $42,000. We are currently about one quarter of the way toward that goal.
